The Australian Industry Engineering and Manufacturing Network Co-Operative Ltd (AIEM Net) exists to increase the volume of engineering and manufacturing work completed in the Gympie / Maryborough / Hervey Bay / Bundaberg and Burnett Regions. This Will be achieved by securing additional work from outside the region.

AIEM encompasses the Cooloola Wide Bay Burnett Region and is the result of a government/industry partnership effort at the local level. The purpose of the network is to preserve existing business and develop new 0pportunities in the region.

AIEM is a cooperative of manufacturers, engineers, IT providers, electrical and consulting companies in the Cooloola Wide Bay Burnett Region. It is a registered, member funded cooperative. Each member holds one share and determines the compositions of the AIEM board and four task forces. Members are small to medium enterprises, manufacturers, engineers and consultants to be backed by patrons and service providers.
