Regional Councils

Bundaberg Regional Council was formed on the 15 March 2008 as a result of the merging of Bundaberg City Council, Burnett Shire, Isis Shire and Kolan Shire Councils.   http://bundaberg.qld.gov.au/
 

 

North Burnett Regional Council is located one hour west of Bundaberg. The region encompasses six main townships - Biggenden, Eidsvold, Gayndah, Monto, Mt Perry and Mundubbera which service around twenty-five villages and farming catchments  http://www.northburnett.qld.gov.au/

 

   Gladstone Regional Council in 2008 through the amalgamation of the former Gladstone City Council, Calliope Shire Council, Miriam Vale Shire Council and the Gladstone Calliope Aerodrome Board. http://www.gladstone.qld.gov.au
